Run an AI QA pass

Choose your scope, follow the checks, and review a combined assessment of your website.

Before you start

  • An organization on Light, Pro, or Enterprise. AI QA isn't included in Free.
  • Available credits. Runs use credits for dispatched checks plus AI planning and evaluation.
  • A reachable website you own or are authorized to test.

On Free? Run an individual accessibility check first.

1. Open Kuality AI and enter your URL

Open Kuality AI from the app menu. Enter the full address of the site you want to check, including https://. Use a test environment when a workflow could create accounts, send messages, or change application data.

Explore AI QA and plans →

2. Choose the checks you need

The screen lists the available test families. Select the areas relevant to this release, such as accessibility, navigation, or performance. A smaller scope is easier to review and avoids spending credits on checks you don't need.

Review the selected families and estimated duration before starting. Duration is an estimate. Credit use depends on the checks dispatched and the AI work performed.

3. Add a test login only if needed

For authenticated pages, enable App needs a login to test and provide a dedicated test account. Give it only the access needed for the QA pass. Public pages don't require credentials.

Authentication can vary between applications. Check the run's result to confirm that login succeeded before interpreting coverage of private pages.

4. Start the run and follow its progress

Click Start AI QA run. The progress screen moves through page discovery, planning, checks, and evaluation. You can return to the AI page to follow the active run and find previous runs.

5. Review the assessment and confirm a fix

Read the combined assessment, then inspect the individual scanner reports in Reports for details. Pick a finding, check it on the affected page, make a change, and rerun the relevant checks.

If you can't start or the run doesn't finish

  • Check your plan and available credit balance.
  • Wait for an existing run to finish, or cancel it before starting another.
  • Check the URL, selected families, and any required test credentials.
  • For an unreachable site or a bot challenge, consult the provider-specific troubleshooting docs.
  • Read the reported error before retrying. A failed or incomplete check isn't evidence that the site passed.
