Cancel your subscription
Open Organization Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep paid-for credits and feature access until then. After that, the org drops back to the Free tier — your data stays put, scans pause, and you can resubscribe any time.
What stays, what goes
- Reports + findings — preserved indefinitely; you can keep viewing them on the Free tier.
- Monthly plan credits — stop refilling; whatever's left in the current cycle expires at cycle end.
- Top-up credits — never expire; you can keep using them on Free-tier-eligible scans.
- Schedules — auto-paused if your new tier doesn't support that cadence (Free allows monthly only).
- Collaborators — kept; if your seat count exceeds the Free limit they remain visible but read-only.
Delete your account
If you want to wipe everything — org, sites, reports, findings, billing history — open Account Settings → Delete account. We delete every Kuality record tied to your user; Stripe's invoice history retains the legal minimum on their side. Account deletion is irreversible. We'll email you a final confirmation before removing anything.
Refunds
Subscriptions are not pro-rated on cancellation — you keep what you paid for through the end of the billing cycle. If you were charged in error, hit contact and we'll sort it out.
