Whitelist Kuality on Cloudflare
Cloudflare blocks automated traffic by default. Add a small allow rule so our scanner can reach your site.
Scanner IPs
Add these IPs to your allow-list on Cloudflare. Copy each row, or grab them all at once with the button below.

Allow our IPs in Cloudflare
- In the Cloudflare dashboard, pick the zone for your site, then go to Security → WAF → Tools.
- Under IP Access Rules, click Add an IP Access Rule.
- For each scanner IP above, create an entry with Action: Allow, Zone: your site (or "All websites in account"). Enter the IP in the value field and save.
- If you use Cloudflare's Bot Fight Mode or a Managed Challenge ruleset, the IP allow rule takes precedence — no extra steps needed.
- If you're on Cloudflare Enterprise with Bot Management, also add the IPs to your custom rule's Skip action so Super Bot Fight Mode lets them through.
After you've added the rule
Allow a minute for the rule to propagate, then re-run any failed scan from your reports page. The "we can't reach your site" banner will clear automatically as soon as a scan succeeds.
Still stuck?
Cloudflare's UI changes occasionally — if these steps don't match what you see, reply to the "we can't reach your site" email or open a support ticket and we'll walk through it with you.
