Where to manage your plan
Open /upgrade (or Organization Settings → Billing) to view your current plan, monthly credit allowance, and renewal date. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, or buy a top-up credit pack.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Upgrades — take effect immediately. Stripe pro-rates the remainder of your current cycle; new credit allowance lands the same day.
- Downgrades — take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the credits you've already paid for. If your new tier has a lower domain or collaborator cap, the app warns you before you confirm.
- Monthly ↔ Annual — switch any time. Annual billing is 15% cheaper on Light and Pro.
Top-up credits
If you blow through your monthly allowance — usually because of stress testing or real-device runs — purchase a one-time top-up pack from /upgrade. Top-ups are consumed only after your monthly allowance, and they never expire. Pack pricing is on the Transparent pricing page.
Payment processing
All payments flow through Stripe. Kuality never stores card numbers — only Stripe's customer ID and the resulting subscription / invoice metadata. Receipts are emailed to your billing contact automatically; PDF copies are also available under Billing and Invoices.
